Job Description

Our company is seeking for experienced Priority sales manager  who will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales performance, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:-

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with priority customers, understand their needs, and develop targeted solutions to meet their requirements.
  •  Manage complex accounts, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

 

Candidate requirements:-

  •  Any graduate
  • Any local candidate
  • Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance /BFSI
  •  Age :- 21 -38 years
