Role Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the Banca Channel.
– Foster and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to enhance collaboration and drive business growth.
– Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products.
– Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
– Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
– Graduate
– Minimum of 1 years of experience in banking or financial services sector.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
CTC 2.75 LPA to 3.50 LPA + incentive + bonus
