Job Description
The Product Sales Expert – Field Role is responsible for selling specific financial or insurance products directly to customers through face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach potential customers in assigned territories through cold calls, field visits, and scheduled meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by promoting the right products based on client needs.
- Maintain proper logs of client interactions, leads, conversions, and submit field reports regularly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
