About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and strategic Product Sales Manager to drive revenue through our network of agency partners. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, developing, and managing agency partners to build a high-performing sales channel. You’ll serve as a key link between the company and our agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand distribution reach.
-Set goals and KPIs for agencies, track performance, and drive productivity through regular engagement.
-Deliver product and sales training to agency staff, equipping them to effectively represent our offerings.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency leaders and influencers.
-Work with agencies on lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
-Ensure agencies adhere to company standards, policies, and local regulations. Maintain accurate records and reports.
-Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to guide strategy.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
-2–5 years of experience in agency/channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales.
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
