Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product sales manager to lead our field sales efforts in Visakhapatnam. This is a valuable opportunity for professionals with proven sales expertise, in-depth local market insight, and strong leadership skills to join a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through direct sales and networking efforts

Identify customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions

Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive product presentations

Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales advisors

Expand market presence while maintaining long-term client relationships

 

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum of 6 months’ experience in sales and marketing

Strong knowledge of the Visakhapatnam market with a well-established network

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in sales planning and forecasting

Self-driven with a collaborative approach
