Job Description

Job Title: Product Sales Manager
Location: Mysore
CTC: 3.00 to 3.45+ incentives
Job Type: Full-Time ( field sales )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product sales strategies for the assigned region.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and trainings.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Skills:

  • Strong product knowledge and market awareness.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead a sales team and work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strategic thinking and result-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Any steam
  • 1–3 years of experience in product sales (FMCG, Pharma, BFSI, or similar).
