Job Title: Product Sales Manager
Location: Mysore
CTC: 3.00 to 3.45+ incentives
Job Type: Full-Time ( field sales )
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and trainings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Key Skills:
- Strong product knowledge and market awareness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead a sales team and work independently.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strategic thinking and result-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Any steam
- 1–3 years of experience in product sales (FMCG, Pharma, BFSI, or similar).
