Job Title: Product Sales Manager
Location: Visakhapatnam
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in product or field sales
Age Requirement: 23–40 years
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of product sales executives
Strategize and implement product-specific sales plans
Train the team on product features, market positioning, and customer engagement
Track and drive sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets
Coordinate with product and marketing teams for updated tools and resources
Foster strong client relationships and handle escalations or post-sales issues
Drive customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
Essential Skills:
Deep understanding of product features and customer needs
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools knowledge
Time Management and Goal Orientation
Cross-Selling and Upselling Proficiency
Team Building, Coaching & Leadership
Salary :
Upto ₹3.5 LPA + performance-based incentives
