Job Title: Product Sales Representative 
Location: Mysuru
CTC: ₹3.7 LPA + Incentives 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Experience: 2 Years in Outdoor/Field Sales 

Job Summary 
We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong local knowledge to manage field sales operations through a network of independent earners. You’ll play a key role in driving sales through local engagement and market activation.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Source and onboard freelance sales partners
  • Deliver training and assist with lead generation
  • Monitor partner performance and help meet sales targets
  • Conduct customer meets and territory-level activations
  • Report daily field activity and feedback

 

Requirements 

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably outdoor/retail sales
  • Ability to communicate in the local language
  • Local residents preferred
