Job Description
Responsible for recruiting and training new agents, and developing their skills. Designs recruitment strategies, manages onboarding, and implements development programs to enhance agent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process for new agents.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance agent performance.
- Monitor and support ongoing development and career progression of agents.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and training programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
