Recruitment and Development Manager

Job Description

Responsible for recruiting and training new agents, and developing their skills. Designs recruitment strategies, manages onboarding, and implements development programs to enhance agent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process for new agents.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance agent performance.
• Monitor and support ongoing development and career progression of agents.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and training programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
