Job Summary:
The Recruitment and Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for driving both talent acquisition and sales performance within a specific geography or business unit. This dual-function role involves recruiting, onboarding, and training a high-performing sales force (often insurance agents or financial advisors), while also managing their sales productivity to meet business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents, financial advisors, or front-line sales staff.
- Source talent through various channels – job portals, referrals, local networks, and campus drives.
- Conduct interviews and screening processes to select qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely documentation, onboarding, and induction of new hires.
- Train and develop the recruited team in insurance/product knowledge, compliance, and selling techniques.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Drive sales of BFSI products such as life insurance, general insurance, mutual funds, or loans.
- Conduct joint fieldwork with team members to support lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
