Roles & Responsibility:-
• The recruitment and management of agents consists of locating, employing, and managing advisors from the proper location.
• By providing them with inspiration and training, advisers can increase their understanding of the products and market. Keep track of and assess the agent’s efficacy.
• Help them make the greatest money that they can.
• To make sure that criteria are fulfilled, schedule frequent customer meetings. Implementing a sales strategy: Expand market penetration and reach by segmenting the market.
• Draw in new customers to boost sales. Essential Performance Measures: Agent Recruitment
• Employ Insurance Advisers and Offer Guidance, Inspiration, and Ideas.
• The role of the Team Leader.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:-
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Field.
• Solid understanding of policies and products.
• Leadership and team management skills
• Any Graduate
• Local Candidate with Own Bike & DL
• CTC UP to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + other benefit
• 22 to 40 years Candidate
