Roles & Responsibility:- 

• Finding, hiring, and supervising advisers from the appropriate place constitutes the recruitment and administration of agents.
• Help advisers become more knowledgeable about the market and goods by training and inspiring them. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the agent.
• Aid them in generating the most revenue possible.
•  Have regular customer meetings to ensure standards are met. Sales strategy execution: By segmenting the market, increase market penetration and reach.
• Increase sales by attracting new clients. Vital Performance Indicators: Agent Enlistment
• Hire Insurance Advisers and Provide Advice, Motivation, and Suggestions.
• The Leader of the Team role.

Requirements:-

• 2+  years of experience in Sales Field.
• Solid understanding of policies and products.
• Leadership and team management skills
• Any Graduate
• Local Candidate with Own Bike & DL
• CTC UP to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + other benefit
•  22 to 40 years Candidate
