Roles & Responsibility:-
- Finding, hiring, and supervising advisers from the appropriate place constitutes the recruitment and administration of agents.
- Help advisers become more knowledgeable about the market and goods by training and inspiring them. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the agent.
- Aid them in generating the most revenue possible.
- Have regular customer meetings to ensure standards are met. Sales strategy execution: By segmenting the market, increase market penetration and reach.
- Increase sales by attracting new clients. Vital Performance Indicators: Agent Enlistment
- Hire Insurance Advisers and Provide Advice, Motivation, and Suggestions.
- The Leader of the Team role.
Requirements:-
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Field.
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Leadership and team management skills
- Any Graduate
- Local Candidate with Own Bike & DL
- CTC UP to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + other benefit
- 22 to 40 years Candidate
