We Are Looking For a Recruitment & Development Manager. A Recruitment & Development Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the hiring process within a company. They design and implement recruiting procedures, supervise the recruitment team, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Their goal is to attract and hire qualified candidates to meet the company’s current and future needs.
Responsibility:-
– Selection of a Life Insurance Consultant
– Both individually and in conjunction with the Team of Advisors, sales insurance coverage
– It’s a field job with sales duties.
– Increasing agents’ knowledge of the product
– Observation of the policy renewal
Requirements:-
– 2+ years of experience in Sales Field.
– Solid understanding of policies and products.
– Leadership and team management skills
– Any Graduate
– Local Candidate with Own Bike & DL
– CTC UP to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + other benefit
– 22 to 40 years Candidate
