Roles & Responsibility:-
Finding, hiring, and supervising advisers from the appropriate place constitutes the recruitment and administration of agents.
Help advisers become more knowledgeable about the market and goods by training and inspiring them. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the agent.
Aid them in generating the most revenue possible.
Have regular customer meetings to ensure standards are met. Sales strategy execution: By segmenting the market, increase market penetration and reach.
Increase sales by attracting new clients. Vital Performance Indicators: Agent Enlistment
Hire Insurance Advisers and Provide Advice, Motivation, and Suggestions.
The Leader of the Team role.
Requirements:-
2+ years of experience in Sales Field.
Solid understanding of policies and products.
Leadership and team management skills
Any Graduate
Local Candidate with Own Bike & DL
CTC UP to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + other benefit
22 to 40 years Candidate
