Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Advisors / Financial Consultants
• Drive business through advisor activation and retention
• Guide and motivate team members to achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and business ethics

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales and target-driven attitude
• Ability to recruit and manage a team effectively
• Good understanding of BFSI / Life Insurance products
