Job Title: Recruitment Partner – Life Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to help us hire high-quality Life Insurance Advisors, Agents, or Sales Professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for the insurance or BFSI sector and a strong network of potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and onboard life insurance agents/advisors
  • Work closely with the sales/HR team to understand hiring needs
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior recruitment experience (agency/channel hiring preferred)
  • Good understanding of the life insurance industry
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
