The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the designated region by recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors. This role is focused on achieving business goals through strategic planning, market analysis, and continual agent development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train financial advisors to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement actionable business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor actions to refine strategies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to financial advisors.
- Foster a strong, results-driven culture among the sales team.
- Lead by example and drive customer acquisition in key segments.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both clients and team members.
- Results-oriented leadership experience with a focus on financial services.
