Job Description

Lead efforts to expand the business within a specific region. Focus on sales strategy, team performance, and client satisfaction to drive regional success.

 Duties:

  • Oversee agency recruitment efforts and meet sales targets within the region.
  • Establish rapport with agents and offer continuous support for their growth.
  • Implement training programs to enhance agent productivity and sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment and sales, preferably within an agency framework.
  • Required to have a bike and valid driving license for local travel.
  • Preferably a local candidate who understands the regional dynamics.
  • Any graduate education is sufficient.
