Duties:
- Oversee agency recruitment efforts and meet sales targets within the region.
- Establish rapport with agents and offer continuous support for their growth.
- Implement training programs to enhance agent productivity and sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment and sales, preferably within an agency framework.
- Required to have a bike and valid driving license for local travel.
- Preferably a local candidate who understands the regional dynamics.
- Any graduate education is sufficient.
