Job Description

Lead the sales efforts in the regional insurance market, building a strong sales team and fostering client relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and recruitment, preferably in an agency-driven environment.
  • Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license for fieldwork.
  • Local candidates are preferred due to their deeper understanding of the regional market.
  • Open to graduates from all fields who have a passion for sales, recruitment, and agent development.
