Job Description
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities within a designated region, developing strategies to drive growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
Main Responsibilities:
Create and execute sales strategies to meet regional goals.
Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with important clients.
Track sales performance and provide guidance and support to the team.
Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to uncover new opportunities.
Prepare and present regional sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Ability to assess market trends and data.
Willingness to travel across the region.
A graduate degree is required.
Age range: 21 to 38 years.
Compensation package up to 3.50 LPA.
