We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee the growth and performance of the Agency Channel in a specific region. In this role, you will lead a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents, driving sales, fostering growth, and ensuring long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire new financial advisors, ensuring a strong cultural and professional fit with the company.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and sales performance of the advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors to ensure their continued success and retention.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, while analyzing market trends to drive regional growth.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management on team progress and results.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with agents and clients to foster long-term success.
