The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specified region by recruiting, training, and leading a team of Insurance Agents or Financial Advisors. The role focuses on increasing market presence, achieving sales goals, and ensuring team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new financial advisors, ensuring they align with the company’s culture and values.
- Provide continuous coaching, training, and development to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster strong relationships with advisors to improve retention, motivation, and overall success.
- Identify new business opportunities, analyze market conditions, and adapt strategies for growth.
- Track performance metrics, report outcomes, and communicate results to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and drive a team towards achieving business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and clients.
