Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to hit sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with regional business goals.
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Offer regular coaching and feedback to boost agent performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
- Provide agents with the tools needed to target high-value customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate degree mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and team management success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
