Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations in a specific geographic region. You will lead and support the sales team, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team in your region.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Report sales performance to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  •  Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
