Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing a high-performing team of financial advisors, driving insurance sales, and ensuring business expansion in the assigned region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor financial advisors for maximum productivity.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Evaluate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide coaching and continuous support to enhance performance.
- Identify potential business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure agents are well-equipped with tools and sales techniques.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
