Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- 3-9 years in sales or business development, preferably insurance-related.
- Consistent record of meeting sales goals and leading teams effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical prowess.
- Expertise in data-driven strategy creation for growth.
