Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
  • 3-9 years in sales or business development, preferably insurance-related.
  • Consistent record of meeting sales goals and leading teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical prowess.
  • Expertise in data-driven strategy creation for growth.
