Roles & Responsibilities:
- Select and onboard financial advisors who fit the company mold.
- Offer training and support to refine advisors’ sales techniques.
- Maintain advisor relationships to ensure long-term success and engagement.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth possibilities.
- Report sales achievements and insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of sales/marketing experience, any sector.
- Consistent record of meeting or beating sales targets.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
- Strong relationship-building skills with agents and clients.
