The Regional Sales Manager drives business growth in an assigned area by assembling, training, and managing a high-performing team of agents to achieve sales targets and foster success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, train, and energize financial advisors to meet set objectives.
  • Design and roll out plans to hit sales targets consistently.
  • Uncover new opportunities and tweak tactics based on performance reviews.
  • Deliver ongoing mentorship and feedback to strengthen team output.
  • Assess market dynamics, customer demands, and competitor strategies.
  • Arm agents with tailored approaches to attract premium clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduation is a must.
  • At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide a team toward success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
