- Onboard, train, and energize financial advisors to meet set objectives.
- Design and roll out plans to hit sales targets consistently.
- Uncover new opportunities and tweak tactics based on performance reviews.
- Deliver ongoing mentorship and feedback to strengthen team output.
- Assess market dynamics, customer demands, and competitor strategies.
- Arm agents with tailored approaches to attract premium clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation is a must.
- At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any sector.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team toward success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
