Job Summary:
A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area to achieve revenue and growth targets. They lead and support a team of sales representatives, develop regional sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves performance monitoring, market analysis, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned region to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and ensure they are met.
- Hire, train, and mentor sales staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Track and analyze regional sales performance, generating regular reports for upper management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
