Job Summary:

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area to achieve revenue and growth targets. They lead and support a team of sales representatives, develop regional sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves performance monitoring, market analysis, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned region to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and ensure they are met.
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Track and analyze regional sales performance, generating regular reports for upper management.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing required.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
