Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading the regional sales team to meet targets. The role involves developing strategies, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring strong customer relationships within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage key client relationships and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
