Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee operations, team, and sales performance across multiple cities in Rajasthan.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor sales managers and executives.
  • Set regional targets and KPIs.
  • Create strategies for regional growth.
  • Analyze and improve market share.

What We Need:

  • 2+ years in sales with 2+ years in regional roles.
  • Strong planning and analytics skills.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making.
  • Graduate  preferred.
