Regional Sales Manager 
Location: Telangana – Hyderabad-Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad-Medchal Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Jagtial.

About the Role: 
The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team in a specified region. This role requires driving sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the overall growth of the sales channel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales performance and set appropriate goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost regional sales.
• Foster strong relationships with key agency partners.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to the sales team.
• Report on regional sales performance to higher management.
  Requirements: 
• 1-2+ years of sales experience, with leadership experience in BFSI or related fields.
• Proven track record in sales performance and leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum undergraduate degree.
  Compensation: ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives.
