We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Partner to lead on-ground sales initiatives in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore new market opportunities within Bangalore
Generate leads through direct outreach and personal connections
Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales representatives
Drive team productivity and support individuals in meeting their targets
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (background in sectors like FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, etc. is a plus)
Strong understanding of the Bangalore market and local network
Self-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
