• Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisor
• To plan and achieve business targets in the area of productivity, new premium, persistency, agent activation, etc
• Hire, train, c and advise a team of sales representatives
• Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

Desired Candidate Profile : 
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing
