Job Description

Role Overview:

Promote and sell life insurance products through bank partnerships. Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive bancassurance sales by working closely with bank branches
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with bank staff and clients
Meet and exceed sales targets

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI or Insurance)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
