Job Description

We are looking for a motivated relationship associate to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth in our direct channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist clients with product inquiries and purchases.
• Resolve client concerns promptly.
• Gather feedback to improve services.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years in customer service or sales (insurance preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
