CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.50 LPA (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Field + Office
Experience: 1+ year preferred in sales or customer handling
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The role involves understanding client needs, suggesting the right products or services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience to grow long-term loyalty and business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Regularly connect with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Sales & Service: Recommend suitable products/services and help with the buying process.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales and service goals.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
- Documentation & Follow-up :Collect required documents, process requests, and follow up with customers.
- Market Feedback: Share customer feedback and competitor insights with the internal team.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong customer service attitude
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of financial or retail products (as per industry)
- Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude
Qualification:
- Graduation in any field
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales preferred
