Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Relationship Executive to drive life insurance sales through our partnered bank branches. This role involves building strong relationships with bank staff and customers to ensure seamless business conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and drive insurance sales from assigned bank branches
Work closely with bank employees to promote insurance products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper servicing
Provide training and product knowledge to bank staff when needed

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (BFSI experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and able to work collaboratively
