A Relationship Executive in the BFSI sector is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment plans.
- Assist clients with account-related inquiries, transactions, and documentation.
- Educate customers about financial security and fraud prevention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is must
- 2-4 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication
- Knowledge of banking products
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
