Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Shows the sales staff where to find leadership.
– Encourages and motivates the sales team to make sure quotas are fulfilled.
– Examines and evaluates operational and sales data; determines profitability and targets; projects sales; and discovers possible new markets.
– Comprehends and evaluates consumer inclinations to appropriately focus commercial endeavours.
– Gives sales teams territory assignments and quotas.
– Determines and recommends tools, materials, or services that will satisfy the needs of prospective clients after consulting with them to learn about their requirements.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– Good communication skills
