Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Achieving prearranged goals for sales.
– Assigning each sales team member personal objectives.
– Tracking sales goals and giving updates on results as required.
– Monitoring the output and operations of the sales team.
– Scheduling lead generating in conjunction with marketing.
– Your sales staff’s ongoing education.
Candidates Requirements :
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
