We are presently looking out for candidates with Field sales. As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
– Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets
– Coordinating with other departments such as Claims, & Operations
– Ensuring compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents.
– Train Agents/Channel on products, process of Company
– Ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set
– Align team members to people and business objectives of the Company
– Engage in joint field work to support assigned team and advisors
– Handhold team of front-line managers and advisors for a long and successful career
– Recruit and develop a team of Unit/ Agency managers
– Conduct learning and development sessions for team at regular intervals
– Initiate lead generation activities to support assigned team to deliver quality & profitable growth by doing need-based selling
– Identify new revenue generation opportunities and maximize market share
Candidate profile :
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Any Field Sales.
– Candidate must be having field sales experience.
– Candidates from all industry will consider
– Candidate should be Local where applying.
– Graduate is compulsory
