Positions and Obligations:

– Achieving prearranged sales targets.

– Along with the sales team, establish individual sales goals.

– Tracking sales goals and reporting results as appropriate.

– Directly supervising the sales team’s operations and output.

– Assisting in lead generation in coordination with marketing.

– A consistent training programme for your sales staff.

– Enhancing the skills of your sales force by guidance, education, and inspiration.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: upto 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
