Job Description

Tekpillar is Looking For a Relationship Manager. A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. They possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:-

•        Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, including human resources departments and decision-makers, to understand their banking needs and offer tailored financial solutions.

•        Employee Engagement: Engaging with employees of corporate clients to provide information about banking services, salary accounts, investment opportunities, and other financial products.

•        Account Management: Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and their employees’ accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, account activation, and addressing any account-related queries or issues.

•        Financial Consultation: Providing financial advice and guidance to corporate clients and their employees on various banking services, investment options, retirement planning, and other financial matters.

•        Product Promotion: Promoting banking products such as savings accounts, salary accounts, loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment opportunities to both corporate clients and their employees.

•        Customized Solutions: Understanding the financial needs and goals of corporate clients and tailoring banking solutions to meet those needs effectively.

•        Networking and Business Development: Attending corporate events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand the bank’s client base and generate leads.

•        Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to existing corporate clients and their employees.

•        Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurately maintaining client records and documentation.

Candidate Profile:-

•        Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

•        Proven Work experience required of 1 Year in Any Sales Field  or 6 Month Experience in Banking/ Insurance/ Life Insurance.

•        Strong Communications Skills.

•        Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

•        Leadership and team management skills.

•        Customer-oriented.

•        Local Candidate.
