JOB DESCRIPTION:-

1. Oversee and guarantee 100% collection for each and every Microfinance member assigned.
2. Verify that leads are produced for retail asset products such as LAP and HL.
3. Must guarantee and uphold process compliance as established by the company while accomplishing the business objectives.
4. Adherence to Procedures Respect the established procedures for managing your relationship with customers and for repayment.
5. Ensure prompt payment collection
6. Maintains Contact with the Customer to Follow Up on Collection
7. Interaction with Customers (Find and Alert Customers)

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:-

 

A bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
2. One year of verifiable work experience in any sales-related field or six months of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance is necessary.
3. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
4. Effective dispute resolution and problem-solving abilities.
5. Capabilities for team management and leadership.
6. Focused on the customer.
