We Are Looking For The Position of RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Manage & ensure 100% collection for all the Micro finance members allotted .
Ensure leads are generated for retail asset product like LAP /HL
Has to Ensure & adhere process compliance as defined by the organization while achieving the business targets
Process Compliance Adhere to the laid down processes for repayment and relationship management with customer.
Ensure payments are collected in time
Continues Follow-up on Collection with the customer
Customer Interaction(Locate and Notify customer)

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
Proven Work experience required of 1 Year in Any Sales Field or 6 Month Experience in Banking/Insurance/Life Insurance.
Strong Communications Skills.
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management skills.
Customer-oriented.
Local Candidate.
