Job Description
Our company is seeking for experienced Relationship manager who can easily create repo with customers , clients & co – members of company!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Build relations with clients and customers for satisfying them .
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure they meet agreed-upon goals and targets.
- Track client interactions, sales activities, and service delivery using CRM software.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment follow-up.
Candidates requirements:-
- Candidate should be local.
- Any graduate
- Experience :- field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Age :- 21 -38 years
