Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
• Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services
• Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
• Manage inbound queries and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Ensure lead quality by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs.
• Facilitate seamless handover of qualified leads to sales teams for conversion.
• Maintain comprehensive account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets set by the business.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service and relationship building is highly valued.
• Familiarity with RPA, Machine Learning, and speech-to-text technologies is necessary.
• Relevant certifications in these technologies are considered advantageous.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
