Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through direct sales strategies.
Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships, addressing client needs and concerns.
Product Expertise: Provide detailed information on life insurance products and recommend suitable plans.
Sales Execution: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and follow-ups.
Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience in sales or client relationship roles, preferably in insurance.
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Candidate must be local.
