Relationship Manager

Job Description

As a relationship manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and grow the company’s relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection of renewal premiums and respond to customer queries.
• Drive life insurance sales through employee engagement.
• Mentor the team on resolving customer issues and cross-selling products.
• Develop strategies to meet team targets.
• Oversee business growth for the assigned branch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or banking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge of insurance products and the industry.
